ABOUT

Josh Pugh is a comedian and writer from the Midlands. He was nominated for Dave’s Edinburgh Comedy Award for his show ‘Sausage, Egg, Josh Pugh, Chips and Beans’ in 2022. In 2023 he shot his special Live From Birmingham Town Hall with 800 Pound Gorilla Media, on the final date of a sell-out tour. His 2024 comedy BLAP 'Stepping Up', which he wrote and starred in, was commissioned by Channel 4 as a sitcom in 2025 and is currently in production with Roughcut Television.

His TV appearances include Live At The Apollo, QI, Mock The Week, Hypothetical, Question Team, Unforgivable, Live at the Moth Club and Rosie Jones’s Disability Comedy Extravaganza. He appeared in sitcom Sneakerhead and has written on Deep Fakes, Never Mind the Buzzcocks, The Emily Atack Show, 8 Out Of 10 Cats, and The Island.

Impressively, Josh has played for England's Partially Sighted football team for the past 10 years and played in 3 World Championships. He has 50 caps for England.
