ABOUT

Jack is a BAFTA-nominated writer and actor, raised on the coast of Newcastle in Whitley Bay. Jack has had roles on BBCs ‘Hospital People’, ‘Danny & Mick’ for CBBC, ITVs ‘Inspector George Gently’, as well as featuring in an award winning campaign for END. X ADIDAS.

Jack is also a writer and performer in sketch group METROLAND, whose debut at the Edinburgh Fringe was named one of Rolling Stone and The Guardian’s top picks of the Fringe and transferred to Soho Theatre. Rolling Stone said “Metroland make you angry that no one told you about them before… get them on the telly now” Their online sketches have upwards of 10 million views online.

Jack wrote and starred in his own BBC short 'Where It Ends', made with Tiger Aspect, which was subsequently nominated for Best Short Form at the 2024 BAFTA Awards. He recently starred in a transfer of ‘Gerry and Sewell’ and ‘Champion’ at the Live Theatre, Newcastle.
