Ayoade Bamgboye is a comedian, actor and writer. Her debut show 'Swings and Roundabouts' won the Edinburgh Comedy Award for Best Newcomer 2025. It also won NextUp's Biggest Award In Comedy and transferred to Soho Theatre for a week in October, with a two week extension in January. Chortle called it 'The funniest and most commanding debut to land in Edinburgh for many years... startlingly original.' She also recently wrote and starred in her Channel 4 Playground 'Rise and Shine with Channel 9' which was produced by A24.
